It was just a perfect match for short visits in Puerto Vallarta with great value for the money. The hotel even hired a Santa Claus who parachuted in on Christmas morning, which was a hit with the kids. Make sure to check the buffet early to avoid the dinner crowd.

I really enjoyed the amazing food, especially the tuna sashimi and grilled seafood. The spa was a fantastic experience, and the stunning ocean view from our room was unforgettable. I would definitely choose this place again!

This resort offers stunning ocean views from every room, friendly staff, and a charming breakfast place overlooking the beach. While some dining experiences were hit-or-miss, the on-site cevicheria stood out. A lovely stay overall in a picturesque setting.

The staff were helpful and friendly during my stay. The breakfast buffet offered diverse options with everything from pancakes to fresh fruit. The beach had a relaxing vibe with plenty of lounge chairs. The pool area was perfect for sunbathing. Room service was quick and efficient. 🌴

I had a terrible experience checking in. I was charged twice, once upon check-in and again at checkout, which caused me a lot of stress. The food at the restaurant made my kids sick, and we had to seek medical help on our second day. When I raised the issue, staff completely dismissed my concerns, claiming it wasn’t the food. Plus, the policy about paying extra to use facilities after check-out was absolutely ridiculous.

The breakfast was absolutely delightful and the

staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. However, the check-in process was a bit slow, which was frustrating after a long journey.

we had a lovely stay at fiesta americana. the location was convenient, just off the main road for easy trips to the marina or downtown. the service at the pool bar was fantastic, especially roman, who was always smiling and attentive. we also enjoyed the nakawè spa, perfect for relaxing and recharging.

my stay was fantastic! previously stayed in puerto vallarta, but this resort truly exceeded my expectations. the staff was incredibly friendly, and the beach was pristine with amazing views of the ocean.

Consider asking for an ocean view room to truly appreciate the stunning sunsets and vibrant atmosphere. it’s worth the upgrade!

I can’t get over how chill this place felt! The uncrowded beach is perfect for long swims or lounging under an umbrella. Plus, the swim-up pool bar is the ultimate way to sip cocktails without leaving the water!

The vibe here is so chill! The beach is uncrowded, and we loved the swim-up pool bar. Even better, there’s a great club level with top-shelf drinks and a beautiful infinity pool. We felt spoiled with free-flowing cocktails and cozy lounging spots. Club level is the way to go!
